Hello! We are Davis and Sonya Bontrager, the proud owners of The Davis Music Shop! We are thrilled to open our doors in the next few weeks!
Davis Bontrager
Davis has had a deep love of music his entire life, starting with piano lessons at 6 years old and continuing through years of lessons, recitals, and performances. He has since mastered many instruments including the cello, guitar, and bass.
Prepared for this moment
Davis has also been giving piano lessons at Crescent Street Music the past 3 years- something we are excited to offer soon at our store! In his spare time, he has been handcrafting electric and bass guitars, and a ukulele or two. Davis grew up coming to the Davis Mercantile, his first job was at Aunt Millie’s Candy. He has worked in the building ever since, the past 5 years managing Millie’s Market Cafe on the third floor! All the years working upstairs, he dreamt of opening a music store, and we are ecstatic that the day is finally here! Please come by soon and check us out!
